ABOUT

Redline was built to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. Whether you’re dealing with pain or trying to take your training to the next level, the goal is the same: move better, build strength, and stay in the game long-term.

With the right balance of training, recovery, nutrition, sleep, and stress management, your body is capable of more than you think. Redline is here to help you get there.

Meet Andrew

Dr. Andrew Phan combines his background in performance training and rehabilitation to help individuals move better, stay active, and perform at a high level. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Brenau University. Andrew has been involved in the wellness and sports performance industry since 2010, beginning as a personal trainer while pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, which he completed in 2013.

Redline Physical Therapy opened in 2018 as an idea while Andrew was in graduate school. The name comes from a car’s RPM, the point where everything is pushed to perform at its highest level. That same idea applies here, but with intention. It’s not about pushing until you break, it’s about pushing the right limits so your body can adapt, get stronger, and perform better.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys running, training for marathons and ultramarathons, practicing yoga, and drinking black coffee. He is also the co-founder of SprintGVL, a Greenville-based community focused on sprinting, performance, and connection.
